 Is the steering on a Panda generally really hard/tight?

Know I'm used to driving "modern", cars but even my mate who drives old Citreons had problems?

If air dont work jack the front wheels off of the ground to see if it's a sticky rack.

The panda doesnt have power steering which explains quite a lot, its much harder to turn when parking than all new cars but still it shouldnt be THAT hard

No believe me it's really THAT hard. It's got cinq alloys on so going to make sure they are pumped up & take it from there.... Thanks (y)

The cinq alloys do make a big difference to the weight of the steering unfortunately....:(

I thought that, & mentioned it to a friend and they said no chance....

Thanks for confirming my suspicions on that

Hi

Maybe change the steering wheel to one from a cinq and as it is thicker it is a lot easier to drive. Still quite heavy on parking but the old push and pull method usually helps.
