Steering wheel

Does anybody know how to or can advise me on how to remove the standard bravo steering wheel to fit aftermarket one?

First diconect your battery,then take out two allen key bolts one either side behind the wheel take them out,pull the air bag plug out,take off the the big centre nut.

When i undo the two allens on the rear, does this enable the front unit to pop off allowing access to pull the airbag out as you say?

It is the air bag that you are realesing when you take them out,once yo get there there is a plug going into the back of it take that out and you will have the air bag in you hand.

When i fit the aftermarket one aparently i need to put a restrictor in to stop the light coming on....???

After fitting an aftermarket one (im guessing without an airbag) a bigger worry would surely be avoiding a crash rather than a resistor to stop the air bag light being on the whole time...
