You can get sports airbag wheels or your existing wheel recovered.

Im "lucky" mine didnt have an airbag so an after market wheel was the way to go.
If id had an airbag i think i would have kept it and gone for a leather cover for the wheel thats on (not a tacky leather one, ive seen one which you stitch over your wheel and looks pretty good B) )

my car has got an airbag wheel with airbag signs but im sure it hasnt got an airbag in it, but im not gonna pull on just in case it goes off

AFAIK you can remove the airbag wheel but when you sell the car the airbag must be refitted and working
