General Steering Wheel options

My steering wheel is rather tired to say the least and I am looking at options for replacing it.

What optioned are out there?

Not sure if I am to fussed about the butttons on the wheel either so I guess the options are pretty endless?

What other Fiat steering wheel would fit?

I always liked these, buttons won't work and it's expensive and I assume it'll fit?

Have it covered in leather.
Car will be off the road for up to a fortnight, but well worth it. Had mine done earlier this year, really pleased.

My pics are the last posts.
The leather is 1mm thick, so the wheel is 2mm bigger diameter. That is fine for me, and so much nicer to use.
