Technical Starting issues when cold

Hi im new to forums

But out of ideals my 2008 fiat scudo diesel hdi struggles to start but once started runs fine and starts first time when warm its had loads of work new injectors and sleeves diesel pressure and pump good been to 4 garages no one can tell me what's wrong

How good's the battery?

Also, if you switch the ignition on, wait for the glow plug light go off, switch off, switch on, wait for the glow plug light to go off and try and start it does that help?

Battery is brand new helped a little as amps while knackered on old battery by about half

No garage wants to touch glow plugs as I thought glow plugs once warm does start first turn its had a load of money on it lately

Does blow white smoke on start up
