Technical Starting issues Fiat Panda 4x4 diesel 1.3

Hello,
I’m here for help, I bought non running Fiat panda 4x4 1.3 diesel. I changed the whole engine same engine type, number etc.. the car runs but starts like after 5-9x trying of starting, i checked every wire and plug, no check engine. Sometimes i come to car and it is starting right away. Starter starts strong. I tried to change fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure sensor, crankshaft sensor, glow plug relay, EGR looks good. Car drives totally fine, strong power, no black smoke. If you are having an idea what could be wrong please let me know. Many thanks Filip!

Yes it's not a panda but the values are correct, as far as I remember

Can you measure with diagnostics the fuel pressure in Common Rail when cranking before it starts, should be around 250 Bar approx.

Worth checking the Immobiliser function is good also

I have no idea if this is good advice for the Multijet, but I'm long used to a change of fuel filter being a very sensible first step on our Volvo D5s if they experience this type of issue. Cheap as chips and probably needs doing if you've just bought the car, too.

I think immo light goes out always, i think it will be common rail problem . Many thanks for reply!

Thanks for reply. In my case it was coil on remote key, the immo light was on but like after 20sec, so i didnt recognize it before.
So i ordered a new coil for 8€ and replaced it on remote key and now works

Maybe you are having the same issue, when i disassembled the key and pressed the coil before replacing and i placed it near to ignition always was working
