Technical Starter..

My bravo is making an awful racket when started from cold.

Sounds as though the starter isnt disengaging from the fly wheel straight away. I just hope its not going to cause any expensive problems...

Anybody know out about this? Remedies?

what bravo is it... cos 1.6 bravos starters are quite common to go wrong.

its a 1.8 bravo hlx.

I love the car but just wonder if its worth the hassle
