it starts squeeling somewhere front and always after xy min of driving. it stops squeeling for few moments when i turn the steering wheel left/ right or when i press on brakes. the noise gets lowder and lowder after few months. what's squeeling?? UNO '93 93000miles it passed mot few wekks ago yeeeeeee

If it goes away when you only lightly touch the brakes or slightly turn the steering wheel it could be could be front disc brake pads.

Check they are ok, perhaps remove them and get a little copperslip and put a small smear or the back of the pad. The surface that goes towards the piston, not the surface that goes towards the rotor!! (disc)
 
The symptoms sounds like a slipping power steering belt - but that's unlikely as no Uno came with power steering (as far as I know). rawill's advice is very good. Also, check that the driveshaft nuts are tight (if not, the slack in the wheel bearings could lead to noise from the brakes in the way that rawill described).
