General Spring adjusters

It seems that while my cinqs been parked for 6month one of the springs has been compressed constantly so now it sits lower at one side than the other. Would using these make the situation better?

They won't help the ride height.

Bloody hell, we used to sell them as spring assistors for help when towing.

If its that bad, fit new springs.
