General Spigot rings for Mark 2 Punto

Evening,

Does anyone know whether or not Spigot rings need replacing on alloys? I have done about 15k on my alloys with the same spigot rings and there is a vibration as if the wheels are out of balance, but i had them balanced and this made no difference.

Any ideas on what could stop the vibration and also where abouts i would be able to buy spigot rings for my mark 2 punto?
