You might try ringing eurocarcare.net.
If it's a cable operated speedo, Punto 55 or 60 should do the job, maybe Cinq Sporting. Plenty in the scrappies.

Sei Sporting, then, or probably Mk2 Punto. Someone probably has one still fitted to a broken gearbox!
Your gearbox, at least, is a plain Jane C514 box, fitted to most FIRE engined cars.
