Click on the "ePER" tab at the top of the screen and you'll get access to the parts catalogue where you should be able to identify the correct part number (essential) and get an approximate price.
Note that the prices shown will not be correct as they are not updated and I'm not sure how old the data is.
Either way, armed with the part number, a quick call to your local Fiat dealership should get you fixed.
