Technical Speedo cable - how to remove

Hi everyone...
Anybody know how to remove speedo cable? I know how to disconnect it from clock and gearbox, but in UK Pandas it's going under heater and I don't know if I have remove it all...
My is noisy and me angry...I think it's vibrating somewhere under heater...I tried to move it, connect to clocks in few different way and still....
...and it's difficult to find new one bacause it's Selecta...

What about the guys on the polish site? Any help or is the Selecta as rare with them as it is on FF?

I've got RHD Selecta....and in RHD speedo cable is going under heater (matrix?) cover, that black plastic box... and I can't take it off....

Pandas in Poland are much rarer than in UK, only about 20-30 were sold oficially by one Fiat dealer in Warsaw in 1991. All Pandas in polish club are from private import. And we've got one Selecta!

Around black box there is muffler, remove it slightly (first remove rubber from the top of blackbox) On the left and right side of blackbox (can see only if muffler is removed a bit) there is two bolts keeping blackbox on place. Slightly unscrew few turns both bolts-not completeli, just to be able to slightly lift up blackbox for 1 centimeter or so. Then find new position for speedo cable. Also put some green lithium grace into speedo cable plastic connector (clock-side) to avoid vibration during spinning.

To remove from clocks there is an outer sleeve that slides AWAY from the clocks, once its clicked, it should pull off from them
