Spark plugs

HI, Has anyone tried these high performance spark plugs, can u tell any difference?? if so which one's are the best to get?? For a cinq sporting

don't know if champion do them but stay away from champion I had lots of trouble with them worst one was i done full service on a car then it ran like s**t i re-checked every thing all plugs were sparking ok. i had to take to a guy with a dianostic machine we discovered that on plug would stop working at 2500 rpm and they were new plugs.
bosh and ngk have never let me down, think they both make performance plugs.

Bosch Super 4's cost about £20 a set and make Centos run a little smoother. You are never going to gain more than 1 bhp or so from spark plugs unless you have worn out plugs or the wrong ones in to start with.

Some makers do platinum tipped plugs, but as I understand it all these do is last a lot longer - a Mazda I used to own cost an eye watering £50+vat for a set of plugs, but they last for 54,000 miles.

0.85 to 0.95 mm - but some come with manufacturer's recommended preset gaps. Bosch super 4's aren't really adjustable though.

what size do seis and cinqs take then?

I wanna get a set of Bosch Super 4's you c. It a simple swapover with the old ones? How tight they gotta be etc etc?

Look in Halfords or whatever for the applications list, it'll tell you which ones you want. They have the tightening torque on the packet too.

Just take the old ones out and drop the new ones in. Best to blow clean the plug 'oles before you start to make sure no muck gets dropped in.
