Technical Sound drops out via Bluetooth

Hello dear people, I'm just desperate. We recently got a 2019 Fiat 500 with the 5-inch Uconnect navigation.
to our problem. Streaming music via Bluetooth doesn't work properly. there are always sound dropouts. Sometimes it works and the next day there are misfires again. the latest firmware is on it. Unfortunately there is no improvement. The phone is a Samsung S21+.

Does anyone have a tip or have the same problem?

Should not take too long to try a usb cable
Another option may be to copy your music to a usb key and play from that

As a test have you tried a different phone for bluetooth to try to determine if the issue is with the radio or the phone
