Sound deadening

Does anyone have any opinions on Dynamat or Brown bread?

Dynamat much better than Brown Bread espicially the Dynamat extreme stuff which has a metal sheet to help improve its damping abilty.
The extreme stuff is also quite light in comparision to brown bread and original dynamat.
However my local car audio shop slate dynamat, say it only reduces noise by adding weight and instead sell something called Accumat.
It's a american brand and i bought some and put it in both my front doors. It's really really light and you put it on in strips rather than cover the entire door.
However I can't say i noticed a real difference to the sound quality and road noise is no less. I think i'm going to get some dynamat extreme and place a roll in each door over the strips of accumat
