Was driving back from aberyswyth yesterday going along the counrty lanes with national limit applying, there was a silver nissan almera in front, the were quite a few bends on the rd but nothing too bad, this guy was doing 35mph in a national and breaking at everysingle bend no matter how long the bend was, he would break to almost standstill and do the same again at any decline again to an almost standstill, this guy was being dangerously cautious, i over took him on a long straight coz i didnt feel comfortable staying behind as he was very very scatty

I hate drivers like that, they are a danger to other road users. Totally unpredictable. Il throw the sterotype in, I bet they were old and couldnt even see the corners till they got right up near them.. why arent we retesting these dangerous drivers..

Then of course theres the not quite as old drivers who'll happily do 40 down NSL lanes and then when they reach a village or town, continue doing 40.. now that really gets on my tits, i mean i drive fast on NSL lanes if its safe to do so - but if theres a village, im always at 30 or below

I nearly got knocked off of my bike today whist out cycling.I was passing a pub, when this old Escort diesel full of coffin dodgers,pulls straight out in front of me,them stops dead in the middle of the road! Luckily I could just steer around it! Then said car of crumblies,overtakes me again as we are nearing a junction.I need to turn left,he overtakes again then again stops dead in the road.Right on the junction,WTF .So again I have to brake sharp,& steer around him! :bang: If he wasn't pi55ed,then my name is Colin! I wish I was a copper at times I really do!

I hate anoying slow people in national speed limit areas. What is more annoying though is when you overtake them safely and they start flashing you or flip you the bird as if you are some kind of nutter.

If that had beeen me I would seriously have considered riding gently into the side of the car, throwing myself across the bonnet then claiming thousands for injury.

Personally, I'd have had a go at them... Being a cyclist allows you to be agressive towards stupid drivers... I always drive around cyclists with caution, cos I know how anoying it is when drivers come within mm of killing you.

I rise above it these days.Besides if Id have shouted at him,I could have woke him up! Strangely,when I am riding the motorbike.I never get cut up at all.Something to be said for riding big v twins on open pipes!

I think that must be the guy I get stuck behind virtually every day on my way to work Sammi . And it's weird that no matter how much you flash your lights, beep your horn and make big waving gestures over to the left (while driving past numerous bus stops and lay-bys) they appear to be in some kind of hurry and don't allow the massive queue of cars and trucks behind past
