Technical soldered Chip

[Cinq-tastic]

Went to put my new chip in the ecu and found that
the old one is soldered in !! bugger

Anyone know how to put the new one in, or know any places
that will ?

You'll either need to get a desoldering tool and a chip socket, or find somewhere that does electronics repairs to fit it for you.
