Styling Smoothing Mk1 bonnet

Hi guys, i have a couple of dents around the badge of my mk1's bonnet, and i was thinking about doing a debadge and filling out the dents and touching up the paint, and give it a more smoothed out look. However, im worried about matching the paint properly as its a 99 car and its probably faded a bit by now :/, any ideas?

A Body-shop Who will just mix the paint to match the colour

One thing i would say tho - is if you have a Badly fading paint - i'd be getting the car Polished - to give the paint its more true colour back
BEFORE having the bonnet resprayed once you've welded the Badge hole up and filled the rest
