Technical Small water leak

Hi all

Got an annoying water leak (only an occasional drip) on our Sei Sporting

We have recently replaced the o ring and pipe and all rubber pipe work seems dry

The leak is not water pump side of car but seems to be very occasionally dripping down near the gearbox housing.

Any ideas?

Could be the thermostat housing leaking it is on the right hand side of the block directly above the gearbox bell housing
