Technical slow windows

hi, the electric windows on my mums cinquecento sporting are very slow when she is closing them, its more on the drivers side. a friend of mine said something about using white copper grease??? as my windows are the same on my sei, any ideas??

It can be a mechanical or electrical problem.

Clean out the runners and apply silicone spray.

If that works, fine.

If not

Check all the electrical connections, especially the ones under the corners of the dash.
