Technical Slide door adjustment

Hi,

Amongst a few issues, my side door When closed isn't sitting flush with the body. Probably sticking it 2-3mm. Is there any way to adjust it to sit flush?

It's a 2007 2.3 version.

My 2012 maxi is the same.
Causes the open door error so interested in a solution.
