No in my case, I ordered 2 black seats for one of my other cars and received 1 damaged grey one. I have about 6 pages of emails of me trying to sort it out I won't post on a public forum, but I can send you if you wish. The most they would offer was to refund me for the missing seat and their attitude was shocking! In the end luckily PayPal intervened and refunded me fully straight away. I also had another ordered which vanished off their system, however the were upgrading their site at the time so probably something to do with this. I had still paid for it though and still had a receipt! When something goes wrong (which on occasion happens with every company) sorting it out is the problem. They are let down by their customer service, not their product or shipping times.

my spacers took 3 days from ordering to being delivered. But i have heard nightmare stories - i tend to think people are just ordering without checking its in stock though tbh..
