Just do the steels with a pale silver. If you get bored you can repair them.
I would say its best to get a rotary file and smooth off the curt edges on all the holes. A fair bit of work but worth it for better pain coverage on the edges.
I got mine from Oponeo. You will need to research centre trims as these might affect the centre hole diameter you order. My trims are a discontinued VW Golf top-hat style that's retained by the wheel/disc alignment pegs. I replaced them with M8 all-thread and used self locking dome nuts.
