In my house!
ive had my spax on for a while now and even after properly reseating left rear spring its still slightly higher than the right! plus im bottoming out now :(

im thinking bout getting sum cheap rear shockers from work for the mo until i can get decent shortened uprated ones.......but are they gas or oil filled on sei's??

and what difference does it make??

Oil filled.

Erm, gas is often used on adjustable shocks, the difference? well all I'll say is it you wouldn't probably notice unless you took part in some extreme motorsport, the temperatures forced on the gas and oil can make the damping worse, can't remember which is best TBH.

All dampers are oil filled. Its what is with the oil that makes the difference. 'Normal' dampers have air above the oil, gas dampers have,eh, gas.

The difference is what happens when they get hot.

In normal dampers the oil and air will mix causing a lack of damping.

In gas dampers the inert gas will not mix with the oil giving a more consistant ride, ooeer missus, over a greater operating range.

Cheers
