I have been with Adrian Flux a lot of years. I phoned for a quote for my Panda and was shocked at the high quote.

It really helps if you shop around, there are deals out there if you do the leg work. Loyalty means nothing in the insured world.

Yes agreed and I had done that but when I told her afterwards that she had to beat £140 the conversation ended. lol

Fortunately I am in no rush as I have to wait till I get paid.

I asked Flux for a quote a few years ago. I was paying about 900 at the time. They quoted over 2000! Chris Knott beat my existing which was I believe Admiral and made a mockery of Flux's quote. I have remained there ever since and find them easy to deal with and willing to give a good price. The policy seems to be a decent level of cover and I remain happy to recommend them.
Their GAP insurance cost was also very goo and less than 1/3 of the delaers price.

Obviously no matter which insurance you go to, age and your location is the main factor, a clean record besides. I’m £150 a year for my Coupe and just over £200 for my daily. Age and where I stay being in my favour for these prices. In all the years I’ve been driving I’ve never been anything like the quotes mentioned.
