i wonder if i could pick some ones brain
what oil is recomended for a stilo 1.6 16v. also will the engine want flushing through. is there any recomended plugs on the market that will give best result.

The manual will tell you what oil to use. You only really need a flush if you have covered some serious miles on the same oil. Nothing wrong with a flush provided you make sure the flushing oil is properly drained.

Not sure about plugs coz I have a diesel, but NGK were always a good bet on most petrol engined cars i owned (and bikes).
