They do bits is built into the "witecc" or whatever it called diagnosis software it's most run server side by fiat and needs a active subscription to access most of the functions beyond diagnostics
The dealers will use a bespoke Fiat system that only they can see (eLearn or similar?). Other workshops tend to use the Autodata System (https://www.autodata-group.com), but this needs a subscription paying for (£50 per month), and I think you also need to be able to show you are a real 'vehicle workshop' (eg by business registration etc). If you have a good relationship with an independent workshop they may, sometimes, print off a page or two to help you out with a specific small job...
