I’ll start with the fuel will probably be stale so that’ll need draining. Depends how overboard you want to go really? Think I’d turn it over with plug leads off to get some oil round it too. Also i’d he wary of timing belt snapping after that amount of time (presuming it is a belt)

Hello & welcome to the forum, the cambelts on these are non interference so it's not the end of the world if it did snap as the valves & pistons will not clash, it'll just be a minor inconvenience to fit a new belt, tensioner & water pump, from memory with these old proper FIRE lumps as I call them without all the variable valve timing etc 😂 the belt tensioner starts squealing as a warning sign the belts going to snap, the old FIRE engine in these are simple & pretty bulletproof providing it's maintained, it's one of my favourite engines apart from the BMC A series. The biggest things with the Seicento's now though is some of the parts are becoming difficult to get hold off, with yours being an 1108 Sporting though it's easier to get parts for than a 899 & corrosion especially around the rear end/arches, also if it has a sunroof make sure the drains are not blocked as clogged drains if left to build up the water has nowhere to go & ends up rotting the front of the floor pans along with the edges of the floor/sill
