Hey guys, looking at doing a rear disc conversion and I've had a look at the conversion guide, but I'm hoping to run a Punto GT setup front/rear: 257/240mm discs and the conversion plate in the guide is for Uno T rear calipers and discs (227mm).

Question I've got is: anyone got a CAD drawing, or a fully dimesnioned drawing of the conversion plate to use with 240mm discs? And can I avoid using a spacer for the disc setup by using Punto GT rear hubs?

Thanks

Don't bother it will cost a heap of money and time and increase your insurance cost.

Hi,
If you need any help with insurance at all for this type of conversion then please feel free to drop me a line.
Regards,
Dan.

There’s a guy on eBay that sells the mounting plates to run the pgt rear disc brake setup the it’s just a case of bolting everything up and modding your current handbrake cable

But imo after having two centos with disc conversations it’s not worth the hassle swapping to disc unless going for a balls out track car

The rear drums are fine aslong as there regularly maintained
