Technical Seicento Pretensioners

Hello,
I've recently bought some red cinquecento seat belts (with no pretensioners) to fit to my 1998 Seicento Abarth but i just now noticed that my car does have pretensioners installed. Does anybody know if this was a factory option even to the cars without Airbags (like mine)? I'm starting to believe that the previous owner might have changed the seatbelts for some newer ones at some point......

Not ideal but I suppose unless you have a Diagnostic tool like MES to see what it recognises in your vehicle, the only thing you could do is safely unplug one and see if it throws up an error code/light.
