General Seicento Heater/Lighter not working.

Help!! (please)
I have tried changing the fuse but the heater blower/lighter are still not working. Has anyone else had this problem and how can it be solved without spending a fortune/ Any help really would be much appreciated.

Stick an extra earth in. Won't do any harm and worth a try.
