Technical seicento engine

was wondering is the pre 1.1 y reg seicento engine the same as the y reg and newer engine just the electronics and bolt ons being different.

MPi heads have a different port layout to SPi heads.

Bottom end is the same

Also later engines have cam sensor and lug on block for knock sensor. Fundamentally they're the same internally. What you trying to do?
