General Seicento crack in bumper

Some asshole has reversed into my Sei Sporting without stopping and giving details. I have a small crack in the bumper below the light, exposing the black underneath and has about 8cm of paint missing. I can't take pics now as don't have my phone on me. Its not too major though. I know this isn't a great deal of info, but would anyone know about how I can get this fixed?

May be as well getting a standard bumper from a scrappy, they are cheap enough and saves all messing about.

i've got a similar problem on my rear bumper just above my number plate in between the lights (the ones in the bumper lighting up the number plate) i was thinking about using a bit of body filler to fill in the hole or just getting a new bumper.
