I want to fit some 14" alloys to my Seicento Sporting. Can anyone suggest which wheels from another FIAT model would fit with the correct offset etc?

Indeed!
Point is you're (ideally) trying to replicate the offset of the Abarth. Nothing else AFAIK has the same offset, so, it's down to spacers (and the Abarth had spacers at the front anyway!)
