how do u tell from a mpi to sei ching i might sound thick but i aint got no idea

you can tell by various methods,easiest is looking at the engine style.
MPI has a large rounded air filter housing

If you dont haver the ability to check under the bonnet then in terms of outer and inner styling The MPI has the newer, rounder fiat badge, brand new bumper design, complete new interior, rear headrests, didgital milometer to name but a few differences.

Oct 2000 (very very thin on ground these more likely 2001) - End of UK life they were in production

Big round airbox and digital mileometer are the most obvious: SPI has rectangular airbox and mechanical mileometer.
