Technical Scudo engine problem

I have a 2006 Scudo 2.0 JTD engine which is banging and misfiring and emmitting white smoke. I have had all the injectors reconditioned and the engine ran ok for approx 3 days after this work was carried out. However it then started blowing up past 2 injectors and banging and misfiring again. I have sorted the blowing problem by fitting new injector seals and re coded the injectors but the banging and misfiring problem seems to have got worse. My mechanic seems to be running out of options and has advised me not to drive this van. Any suggestions and help would be gratefully accepted as I desperately need this van back on the road for my work.
