new to the site but wanted to know if anyone else has a solution to this problem, fiat scudo van, 2002, 1.9 diesel, dw8, bottom crank pulley was rattling on the shaft, shaft keyway is badly worn and oversize, pulley could be replaced at about £50 complete with woodruff keys and fixing bolt but i suspect that it will always slip on the loose key way, (possibly twice as wide as it should be) looks like a new crankshaft would be required but has anyone tried belzona or one of those liquid metals on this part of the engine, need another year out of it,
