General Scudo Combi payload

Hi,
can anybody help with a question re Scudo Combi payload?

I downloaded a pdf which gives the following for the 8-seater 120 Combi:-

"Payload including driver (kg) - 872 (8 seats + 328)"

Does that mean 8 seats and their passengers + 328Kg additional for luggage?
