While looking at something else I fell upon this

No idea if its any good. Seen fake ones of this for under £30 delivered

limited to 3 vin but appears to bemultiplexed

so has full access to all modules including steering and ABS

If I had a needed for one and had a smartphone I would do some more research

Just get a set of MultiECUscan connectors and the free software. It runs on a Windows laptop even an old XP netbook will do. If you need the additional features (that ordinary scanners can't do) its and other 50 Euro for the registered package. If you have Windows 10 download and install the software before connecting the scanner to the PC. If you have XP you might need to follow the instructions.

There is also an iPhone version but I cannot discover it you get the full kit or if other components are needed. The MES website is vague to say the least.

I have MultiECUscan and switchable KL

As well as being touch setting up the interface on timings for data logging this setup will not


scan all airbags
reset Service Interval Reset
connect to NAV
Connect to Instrument panel
connect to body computer
Get CAN Info
Do a PROXI Alignment
Connect to climate control


You would need to spend out on an ELM adaptor also to do the above. We are already up to £50 for software and £20 for the cables and limited to one manufacture group


I also use a WOW/Delphi multiplexer which does every module for most manufactures without any connector swapping

However if the one in the YouTube video. There's probable other better ones. Does what it says on the tin for £30. steering recal, climate, abs, airbag, body computer and the like are all listed.


I seen quite a few before that do everything. But everything extra is an in app purchase. This seems quite common these days

I might have missed something. But the only limitation I can see is you are limited to 3 VIN's


As I already have the WOW/Delphi system I didn't have enough interest to look fully into it
