Sat Nav help on a PDA

Hi y'all

Just need a bit of advice for a friend. He owns a Dell Axim X30 PDA (64MB, 624MHz processor) and wants to add SatNav to it.

I have pointed him in the direction of a bluetooth GPS receiver, costing around £40, although is that the only option?

My main issue is the software and maps? What is recommended, and then maybe I can source something accordingly

TT5 is easily available and very easy to use IMO.

Cheers for that Liam - I will investigate further.

To be honest, I know nothing about all the types of SatNav on the market, apart from those built in to our cars.

i would look at tom tom 5 also. Normally it can be bought as part of package with a bluetooth receiver

you can buy a jacket for the dell axim, off ebay for about £70 which includes a charger, and GPS modem all built in.. the same guy does the tomtom software for like £60..

of course, you could 'borrow' the software from somewhere
