I think you can pick them up for under 2K, so I'd say Nissan Sunny GTiR. About 2cc under two litre, 0 - 60 in about 5 seconds.
If you could choose 2 wheels then an older Fireblade would do 0 - 60 mph in about 2.5 seconds
