General Rumbling noise from tyres on full lock

Hi guys I'm having probs with wheels on car when I'm driving straight and putting foot down car tends to slip side to side and when I turn corners sharp it makes a gripping rumbling noise badly as if tyres are dragging across floor and when I go over drain covers it pulls over to the side I have replaced wishbones and trackrod arms and antiroll bushes and still have the same probs any ideas please I have a Punto 90 elx 1.6

Tracking, I'd think. Essential after replacing those components.
