my sei has a really rough idle and stays at just over 1000 rpm thn drops to 1000 any ideas all the plugs are in good condition and there no leaks and nothing looks rusty or corroded around the coils

ok ill see what happens tomorrow its darker then i fort it was now 
OK, its dark where you are (isn't here). Run the car with the bonnet open and look for any blue sparks around the ignition areas, plugs, leads, coils.

all the leads and such are responsive (accidental jolted my self not fun ) but near the gear linkage thing by the exhaust there's some sort of liquid and also in the exhaust and it hasn't rained at all i don't think its coolant the coolant level hasn't dropped and there's no smoke coming out of the back so i dont think its burning any think unusual
