General Roof Removal

Right, just to be sure, does the cinq roof come off?

Someone told me it did, and someone else says it doesn't, and I can't work out how to do it if it does.

Roof? as in full on Roof? that will come off if needs be...using an angle grinder!!

The Soleil 899cc Cinq has a full length sunroof. I think that can be taken out if needed.
The normal sunroof can also be taken off, but I dunno how to do that- mines an aftermarket one!

Yeah, I mean the sunroof, I'm used to a Rover 220 coupe with a removable targa roof, can't work out if/how you remove the sunroof in this, anyone got any tips?

Hi Mak,

get a slim flat blade screwdriver (like an electricians phase tester) and with the roof closed, stick the driver in the centre of the roof winder knob, unscrew the retaining bolt and the panel lifts out. Don't drop it on your toe or forget to put it back before it rains. I angle grinded (?!) the roof off a Fiesta - wanna see pics?
