Technical Rocker Cover Gasket!

Hi Guys!

Havent posted in a while, but i need some advice.

I need to replace my rocker cover gasket, but im not 100% how to do it. Me and my cousin are going to attempt it at the weekend, but im not sure i trust him to do a good enough job lol!

Could anybody give me a step by step guide or a quick walkthrough of what needs to be done. What torque i need to tighten the bolts to etc. Its a 1.2 MK1 btw.
