Hi my FIat TIpo has a problem that the horn operates when the indicator stalk is activated to turn left or right and the windscreen wipers have a mind of their own I have checked the earths they all seem good I took out the relay all works-normal except obviously the horn doesn't work I have exchanged the relay for another and the problem returns I have run out of ideas has anyone had a similar problem that can help me resolve this the car is a 1.4 petrol

Hi,
sounds like a poor earth to me,
the ones under the battery tray are the main port of call, unbolt it, Wet + Dry, then bolt back-up,

I did clean off the earths under the battery tray all the ones I found show no signs of corrosion

It sounds like a wiring/contact problem.

I'd remove and check the horn push pad, or 'button' and check contacts first.
Both stalks, testing after removing each one.
If the problem persists, remove steering wheel and check contacts
