Rieger Rear

Does anybody know how to fit the rieger rear diffuser, i tried the other day but it just would stick uner the bumper, i thought about screwing it in then fill the holes,

u need to put one screw in each end until the bonding has gone off. about 24/48 hours.

yes i did, and u cant see them. u will also need to use filler to blend in the ends were the arches are too. take your time when doing it.

Hi,

Was just wondering why people dont spray the kit, before you attach it? Surely you have to do all sorts of masking?

Because u get a better finish when its fitted first.
also i did not want any of the bonding rubber showing. as my car is a light colour u would see the black bonding were the kit was fitted.

There is about 4" to 4.5" gound cleance on my 17" alloys, with the car lowerd 35mm too.
Thank you Dave, it took me one day to fit it, and about another 7 day to get it to were i was happy with it.

when you say you used filler to blend in the ends was that the ends of the rear diffuser where they wrap round the sides of the bumper ?

yes, and it dose not rap round the bumper ends, into the arches, u need to fill it to the shape of the bumper. look at the photo and u will see.
