respraying bumper

no i need to respray my bumper, i was wondering what the necessitys are and what steps to take. i know the colour pait to use and i need a primer (grey?) but what else do i need.

do i need to sand down? what paper? and so on?

well not much help but ive done it, 3 dif grades of sand paper, 1 tub of p-38, 1 can grey primer, 2 cans miami blue spray, 1 can laquer. just under 30 quid, alot cheaper than a body shop

just gotta do the laquer in about half an hour and it will be mint, will ahve the bumper back on by tomorrow and im sorted

You should be fine but, ideally you should use plastics primer.
