Saw this photo on another car website. A vehicle enquiry shows its been gone since December 1993. The picture was taken in the early 90s so the end was near. Makes me sad for all the cars that go to the crusher unsung. Even though its the fate of most cars.

A 45S is it?

From the front grill I don't think it is a 45... Maybe early 750?

I know exactly where you're coming from: last year, I did a text check on my 1st car, and found out it had been scrapped in October 2013, at the relatively young age of 12. I was gutted to think that someone had torn apart the car I learnt to drive in, and passed my driving test in! :(

Like you say its all the memories that go with a vehicle when its destroyed. All the anger, fumbles on the back seat, entertainment from driving it if its a Panda, destroyed in a few seconds in a very clinical industrial process.

Well, there wasn't any fumbles on the back seat, but the 1st time I ever met up with a girl, I went in that car, lol!
